Saudi Arabia Business Visit Visa

Business Single / Multiple entry visa requirements are as follows:

1. Original passport with six month validity and two blank pages (side by side)
2. Two identical passport sized photographs with white background
3. Visa Application form fully filled fully – this must also include your mobile number and home phone number
4. Visa authorisation/Letter of invitation : The official visa approval issued by your sponsor through the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This is a document written in Arabic and contains the specifics for your Saudi visa. 
5. Copy of Sponsor’s Registration Document
6. Copy of Australian company Extract
7. An Original of letter from your registered Company or Firm based in Australia signed and stamped from the Chamber of Commerce.

• • Australian Company letter should clearly include the following details:
    • Letter must be addressed to The Saudi Consulate in Sydney, Australia
    • Visa category and number of entries.
    • Company’s activity and mission in Australia.
    • Applicant name and passport number
    • Applicant non‐technical occupation 
    • Name and address of Saudi Sponsor as given in invitation
    • Purpose of Travel
